About my services

Having completed a 2-year Personal Fitness Trainer program, I specialize in corrective exercise, pain management, sports performance, resistance, endurance, and functional training for all fitness levels. As well, I cater to special populations including prenatal, postpartum, young, elderly, and those with physical ailments

All communication is done via email, text, audio and/or video conferencing. I can build your program based on the information gathered during our consultation and provide you with regular training sessions done on video. Or, I can assemble your plan and leave you to complete it independently.

In my home gym, I have a Body-Solid Pro Power Rack (GPR378). This is a full cage including bench and Olympic bar on adjustable racks. There is a plate stack at the back with both upper and lower pull cables for which I have many attachments. I utilize free weights, plates, kettlebells, jump box, TRX, landmine press, resistance bands, resistance straps, dip stands, treadmill and a variety of myofascial release tools. With my commitment to fitness, I am always accumulating new equipment and I look forward to sharing it with you.
